Refund policy
Refund Policy: At PickleTee, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of size, color preference, or change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at: ken@picklephernalia.com
Please include the following in your message:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will review your request and offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Wrong Item Received: If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will ship the correct item at no charge.
Size Exchanges: Because each item is printed on demand, we are unable to offer size exchanges. Please review our size guide carefully before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, production has typically begun and we are unable to cancel the order.
